Kristy serves organizations and leaders as an executive coach, strategic advisor, and facilitator with deep expertise in strategy, coaching, and cultivating healthy cultures. She brings a highly relational, consultative approach to her work with clients, facilitating rich conversations to ease understanding, co-create ideas, and accelerate her client’s success.

Kristy is a serial founder with previous experience leading strategy and teams across Fortune 500 companies, healthcare systems, and academic medical networks. Her consulting and coaching have expanded her experience in working with leaders and teams in the pharmaceutical, professional services, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Away from work, as a lover of music, art, and travel, you might hear Kristy belt out a line from a song here and there while working together. And, when she’s not singing with clients, she’s humming a tune around the house with her family, serving on local non-profit boards, and facilitating community discussions on racial reconciliation.
