Mark Griffin, MBE

My purpose is to create opportunities that inspire people to go forward as the ultimate version of themselves and make the world a better place.

My career has been uniquely balanced between commercial (big finance and sport) and non-profit (education) sectors, having followed a passion which led me to discover my own purpose. In the non-profit sector I founded three social impact organizations – two headquartered in NYC, one in London. This, combined with my experience as National Team athlete, coach and coach educator, has enabled me to be immersed in high performing cultures for over 25 years.

I have acquired extensive leadership experience in organization, program and culture design, social impact strategy and measurement; team performance and stakeholder engagement. I thrive on connecting and inspiring people through collaboration around shared purpose, that unearths their potential, aligns group objectives, improves performance and ignites meaningful change.
