I’ve been a people and talent professional for over 25 years, working in executive search and HR leadership roles in and with different companies, in different countries and sectors; from media and events, to financial services and law, companies such as CBS Corporation, Ascential plc and Global Media. Change has been constant throughout my career, I know how it can affect others in terms of belief, engagement, attitude and performance. That’s why I believe that its vital to discover and own your purpose and keep it front and center, to achieve sustainable performance, development and growth; both personally and professionally.

I am a purpose-believer and an authenticity-exponent. For me, that means doing what I am passionate about, in a genuine way. As a professional coach I’ve acted as a thought partner to help people explore and find their purpose, articulate their aspirations and focus on what really matters to build the future they want.
